For the past three years I have been working on completing an album of original music "Walkingmercy Music Inspired by Baptism". I continue this quest, but the journey has been longer than expected, and it has taken backseat to other endeavors - moving a family, work, the mundanities of the day to day... but other good things as well: starting a masters program in Community Economic Development, learning a new career, and raising three amazing kids. Part of my journey has been working with great a funder of California Traditional Arts on their fundraising and electronic media.
To everyone who has supported me in the music - I haven't forgotten you, and I ask you to continue your faith that I will follow through - you will get your CD! :)
So I continue to figure through how to integrate all of these interests, some days it seems to make more sense than others! In the meantime I try to stay playful and prayerful - and leave it in God's hands.
